Venue opens at 11am each day

Your festival pass must be worn at all times

Line up and set times are subject to change

Event will take place rain or shine

All attendees will be searched on entry (refusal will result in entry to the festival denied)

Event is strictly R18, Proof of age must be presented at the gate (Accepted ID: HANZ 18+ card, NZ Drivers Licence or passport)

No pass outs, one way door

No entry at the gates will be permitted to anyone intoxicated

You may be removed from the event if you are found to be intoxicated inside the premises

Can my band play at One Love?

We’ll contact you if interested, thanks!

Will you be posting set times in advance?

Yes. Set times will be posted on our eventOne Love 2019 Facebook page and the website days before the festival. Set times will also be posted in the festival guide.

What’s the best time to arrive?

Early! Plan your arrival time well ahead of the artist you want to see. Please be prepared for any delays on the roads or at the gates.

What time does the festival open and end each day?

Gates will open at 11am both days and end 10.30pm on Saturday and 10pm on Sunday

I’m a photographer / media person, how do I get a media pass?

Please visit our contact us page an select “Media Inquiries”

Can I pass out flyers or promotional material inside or outside the venue?

No.

How do I become a food vendor or a non food vendor?

Please visit our contact us page an select “Vendor Inquiries”. Only approved vendors will have permission to sell items, all non approved vendors will be removed and items confiscated.

I’m going to the festial but not camping, can I visit my friends staying at the campsite?

No. Only those with a valid camping pass will be able to enter the campsite.

Can I use passes or wristbands or the One Love name to promote my business?

No, this is reserved for sponosrs only. Please visit our contact us page and select “General Inquiries” if you would like to become a sponsor

TICKETING FAQ'S

Where do I buy tickets?

Electronic tickets can be purchased at www.onelovefestival.co.nz

What if I brought my tickets online and haven’t received them?

Please email [email protected] for all ticketing queries

Do I need to print my tickets out?

Your ticket can be printed or if you want to save trees, you can show your ticket on your smartphone

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable, you can log onto your Ticket Fairy account and complete a name change or use their re-sale platform to on sell your tickets

Can I buy tickets at the gate when I arrive at the Festival?

Yes, but to avoid disappointment we encourage you to purchase in advance as the event could sell out before the day

CAMPING FAQ'S

Where is the campsite?

We are working on new and improved campsite for One Love 2019 in a more suitable location. Watch this space for more information

What’s included in campsite?

Your camping ticket includes a site to pitch your tent, access to a communal tent and chill out area, food vendors to buy hot food & coffee, hot showers, toilets, 24 security on site and a bus to transport you to and from the festival.

Can I bring my campervan?

We will allow campervans in special circumstances, please contact us ahead of time to make arrangement so we can allocate space that is needed.

Can we take food and drinks into the campsite?

There is no BYO into the campsite

Is there carparking at the campsite?

Yes, we have carparking at the campsite

Will you have glamping?

Yes, more details will follow including ticket price

MARKETPLACE FAQ'S

What is the One Love marketplace?

Our marketplace is a hub of food, merchandise, amusement rides and other vendors selling their products.

Can I purchase food?

Yes, there will be a variety of food vendors operating throughout the festival.

Will there be One Love merchandise or festival items to purchase?

Yes, there will a variety of merchandise on sale at the One Love marketplace

Will there be a bar?

Yes, a licenced bar will operate during the festival.

Can I buy from the marketplace using cash or eftpos?

Neither! We operate using AWOP, a RFID cashless wristband payment system

How does AWOP work?

You’ll be issued a wristband at the gate, take this to a kiosk and use cash or eftpos to load money onto your band. This will be the only form of payment accepted on the site

Can I get a refund from AWOP wristband if I don’t use all the money?

Yes, go to www.awop.co.nz/refunds
