At this stage we have all the required vendors, but please do drop us a line with your details to info@onelovefestival.co.nz, and should a spot become available, we’ll be in touch.
We appreciate your interest but at this stage our line-up is full. Please email info@onelovefestival.co.nz and we will be in touch if we require additional acts.
All 2022 t-shirts were sent out in April. Please email our dispatcher OL22earlybirdtees@gmail.com and they will be able to advise you further.
Set times will be posted on our event One Love 2023 Facebook page and the website days before the festival.
Gates will open at 11am on both days and end 10.30pm on Saturday and 10pm on Sunday
The prescribed and ONLY forms of ID for ANY licensed premise in NZ is a valid and current:
Under no circumstances will any other forms of ID be accepted, this includes:
If your ‘cuzzie’ looks under 25, then he’ll be asked for ID – no ID, no entry sorry.
Sorry but the event is strictly R18 – no exceptions
No, please leave pets at home – (assistance dogs are welcomed)
Early! Plan your arrival time well ahead of the artist you want to see. Please be prepared for any delays on the roads or at the gates.
Please drop us a line with your details to info@onelovefestival.co.nz, with “Media Inquiries” in the subject.
No
No sorry, this is reserved for sponsors only. Please email info@onelovefestival.co.nz with “Sponsor” in the subject line, if you would like to become a sponsor
We have a one-way policy at the festival, once you are in, you are in to stay, so please ensure you have everything you need for your day.
To ensure that illicit or potentially dangerous substances are not brought onto site under the guise of legitimate medical need, the following measures are to be enforced.
Advance notice given to One Love and crew if this medication is vital to your health and wellbeing.
Customers should.
There will be four onsite public bars to purchase alcohol. If you are found with alcohol or drugs on arrival, it will be confiscated and not returned. You may also be refused entry or evicted from the event.
No as the event is strictly R18 – you are welcome to come on the second day.
If we could have all artists perform at One Love we would, but we have a limited time frame to fill. Unfortunately, we cannot please everyone, and many artists are not necessarily available at the time.
Anyone arriving at the festival intoxicated, will be refused entry and may lose their means of entry (ticket/wristband).
This will be posted closer to the event.
Unfortunately, no, tents and umbrellas are not allowed as they can cause obstructed views.
There will be a small, designated area for low camping chairs only.
No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the festival. You can bring one empty plastic drinking water bottle to fill at the water stations on site (we do aim to be as eco-friendly as possible so prefer not to have plastic, but if it is all you have available).
No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the festival. Prior to entry, all patrons in possession of food or drink, will be asked to surrender these items, otherwise will not be permitted to enter - this is due to the number of drugs and alcohol that have been smuggled into the festival under the guise of food and non-alcoholic beverages - we understand that purchasing onsite food can be quite expensive.
VIP area has their own food vendors, bars, toilets, a shaded area with tables and chairs – But most of all they get to be FRONT OF STAGE to see over 20 top reggae acts including 10 international acts over two days!!
Priority Entry through the dedicated VIP entry lane
There will be a number of food vendors located within the VIP area, but you can also come and go from VIP if you would like to visit the Marketplace.
There will be two bars within the VIP area, one on either side of the stage – both bars will be stocked with the same products as all other onsite bars.
There will be a small, designated area for low camping chairs only. There will also be a large shade marquee within the VIP area, equipped with chairs.
Please leave all perfume and cologne bottles at home (or in your vehicle), otherwise you will be asked to surrender the item at the gates.

Can't make One Love 2023? From 9am, 28th March 2022 to 5pm Sunday 3rd April 2022, you will have the ability to request a refund of the 'face value' of your tickets that you purchased to attend One Love 2022.
Alternatively, you can keep your tickets and they'll automatically roll over so you can attend One Love Festival 2023!
Request your refund here: https://tickets.ticketspace.co.nz/application/one-love-2022-refund-request
We are sorry that you missed out on the Earlybird tickets. This was only open for a limited time. We understand that this makes no difference to you!
You can purchase tickets for One Love 2023 here
At this stage, hard copy tickets are not available. If, and when, they do become available, a list of sellers will be available at: https://www.onelovefestival.co.nz/
There is a specific PayPlan ticket that you can purchase online. PayPlan option will be spread over 10 weekly payments. Ensure you choose 'Pay Plan Festival Tickets' and not "Festival Tickets'
The name on the ticket must match the ID of the person using the ticket, this is to not only prevent ticket fraud, but to also comply with the Covid-19 tracing rules.
You're able to make the name change on your ticket by logging into your Ticketspace My Ticket account via:
However, if you have purchased your ticket through PayPlan, you'll need to complete all payments before name change can be done.
One Love Festival and Ticketspace will not be held responsible for misuse of ticket name change or fraudulent tickets.
*There is a name change fee for One Love tickets.
Unfortunately all our ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Should One Love be cancelled, you can request a refund.
Please note, only the face value of your ticket(s) will be refunded
We advise against buying second hand online tickets, especially form people you don't know - there will be name checks (on tickets) at the gate, and if your name doesn’t match the ticket, you may be refused entry. Only the original ticket owner can change the name on the ticket.
We strongly discourage people from buying ‘second-hand’ tickets as neither One Love Festival or Ticketsapce will be responsible or liable for fraudulent tickets. The only safe way is to purchase tickets from the One Love Festival website via Ticketspace. This way the ticket officially becomes yours registered to your email address.
If by chance your tickets are not there, please email support@ticketspace.nz with the following information.
3. Confirmation ID (if you have it)
4. The event Your correct email address
A list of hard copy ticket sellers will be available on the One Love website at a future date – announced on Facebook. Unfortunately, you cannot swap your online e-ticket for a hardcopy ticket.
We highly advise against this to ensure you do not get scammed. If you must buy a ticket off someone, One Love Festival and Ticketspace will not be held responsible for misuse of ticket name change or fraudulent tickets.
All t-shirts were sent out in April. Please email our dispatcher OL22earlybirdtees@gmail.com and they will be able to advise you further.
No you do not need to print your tickets, save the trees! Your ticket can be scanned directly from your smart phone. Please be sure to download your tickets on your phone prior to the event or take a clear screenshot of your ticket, to ensure smooth sailing when entering the event.
Dependent on ticket sales. To avoid disappointment, we encourage you to purchase in advance as the event could sell out before the day
When you arrive at the entry gates to One Love:
We try to discourage people from buying ‘second-hand’ tickets as we will not be held responsible for fraudulent tickets. Unfortunately, we have no way of tracing the ticket.
No, a camping ticket admits one person into the campground – you can share a tent with your friends, but each person will need a camping pass to enter the campgrounds.
If you have any additional ticketing queries or need support with your Ticketspace account, please contact: support@ticketspace.nz
If it is a 2-day pass, then no sorry.
Unfortunately as per our Terms and Conditions, all our ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you still no longer wish to attend the festival, you're more than welcome to change the name on the ticket to allow someone else to attend.
To change the name on your tickets, follow the steps below:
1. Visit https://tickets.ticketspace.co.nz/my-tickets/login
2. Click My Events, and show details
3. Click the event under 'orders related to this event'
4. Scroll down and it will show you the ticket type under 'Tickets' as well as the name on the ticket on the right
5. Click 'EDIT NAME'
Please note: One Love Festival and Ticketspace will not be held responsible for misuse of ticket name change or fraudulent tickets.
Changing the name on a ticket incurs a cost as there's service fees for using a third party platform to do so. These costs cover the administration required to make the change - it also helps prevent the same ticket being on sold in a fraudulent manner
If you have tickets on payment plan and still have outstanding payments to make, you will not have been sent your e-ticket just yet. You will receive your tickets once you've paid for the tickets in full.
However, if you have paid for your tickets in full and still haven't received them via the email used when purchasing the tickets, please contact support@ticketspace.nz and they can help you further.
Tickets were not sent in the post. If you haven't received them via email, you should be able to log into your Ticketspace account and view them there. If you cannot see them, please contact support@ticketspace.nzAlternatively:

You cannot split the tickets on Ticketspace as if tickets are purchased in one order together, they will stay together. We’d recommend using a PDF splitter online, or screenshotting each individual ticket.
With the Confirmation ID, you would've received this via email when purchasing the tickets. It is not uncommon for your confirmation email to end up in the SPAM/JUNK folder of the email used when purchasing tickets. We'd recommend checking this folder for any emails that start with “Your Receipt For”.
Alternatively, you can log into your My Tickets account on Ticketspace and find your confirmation there. If you have any issues, please email support@ticketspace.nz

TICKET NAME
If the name on your ticket, differs from the name on your ID, then you will need to change the name on your ticket.
iD
if the difference between your ID and ticket is minor such as John vs Johnathan, then that should be fine. If your surname differs on either of the two due to marriage, please bring a birth and/or marriage certificate as supporting ID.
As long as the first and last names match on, you should be fine.
You may be refused entry to the festival if one or more apply.
GA - Single Day Ticket
Unfortunately there are no VIP single day tickets.
The money will be automatically refunded to the card used to purchase the tickets. If your card has expired/been cancelled or replaced the money will generally go into the new account with your bank, or into a holding account with your bank which needs to be allocated to your account by the bank. We cannot change the card/account the money is refunded to, nor do a direct transfer to an account due to anti money laundering policies. If you do not receive the funds and are not reflecting in your account within the next 5 working days, please contact your bank for further information.
If you paid via payment plan, it is refunded the same way in 6 payments.

At the festival, Wayver is used in place of cash and eftpos - it's like having a prepaid pay wave debit card attached to your wrist. Once your wristband is loaded with credit, you can purchase anything from the festival - at the bar, food vendors and merchandise.

We created the Platinum VVIP option due to significant demand and enquiry from ticket holders who wanted to upgrade their experience beyond VIP, and the result is the new Platinum VVIP package. We know that it’s not for everyone - but we are trying to cater for everyone with an option to suit.
We are not adding more tickets. We have reallocated 500 of the remaining VIP tickets to create 250 VVIP tickets, so we actually have reduced ticket numbers.
No. The location of the Platinum VVIP section will not be in front of the VIP section - it will have its own area to the front side of the stage, in a premium position with an elevated viewing platform.
Yes, you will need to purchase the new ticket you want using the same email address you used when you purchased your current ticket, and once complete email support@ticketspace.nz with your original confirmation ID and they will cancel and refund your original ticket.
The Platinum VVIP package includes everything you’ll need to enjoy One Love with a premium experience. It’s all inclusive of gourmet food and beverages - that said we want you to have a good time and last the distance so with drinks, keep in mind that it’s a marathon - not a sprint. There will be a limit on the number of drinks you can order at time and all of our standard rules apply. Our responsible service policy means any person who is intoxicated will be refused service.
